The Africa Trade Course takes you from the basics of trade to the tools professionals use every day. You'll learn how trade is measured, how Africa trades with itself and the world, and the rules that decide what you pay at the border: the WTO, Africa's regional blocs, the AfCFTA, rules of origin, standards, and Africa's deals with the EU, the US, China, India, the Gulf and the UK. Then you'll do trade step by step: find markets and buyers, price an export, choose Incoterms, write contracts and avoid scams, prepare documents, clear customs, ship goods, get paid, manage currency risk with tools like PAPSS, and insure your cargo. The final modules teach the analysis professionals use, and end with a full export plan and a directory of the websites and tools you'll keep using. One example business, a shea butter maker in northern Ghana, runs through the whole course.
