Privacy policy

When you sign up we ask for your name, email address, country and phone number. Your name is what goes on your certificates.

As you use the school we keep the courses you start, the date you started each one, the lessons you finish, your quiz answers and scores, and the certificates you earn.

To sign you in we email you a 6-digit code. We store it only in a scrambled form that can't be read back, and it stops working after 15 minutes.

To run your account: keeping your place in each course, timing your 14 days on a course, marking your quizzes and issuing your certificates.

To contact you about your courses, by email or phone. We don't send you marketing from this sign-up unless you ask for it.

We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing.

Each certificate has its own page and code, so an employer or client can check it is real. Anyone with the link or code can see the name on the certificate, the course and the date it was issued. Your email, country and phone number are never shown.

We set one cookie, only to keep you signed in. It lasts 90 days or until you sign out. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and the school has no ads.

The school runs on Cloudflare, which hosts the site and stores its data. Cloudflare logs standard technical details for every visit, such as IP address and browser type, for security.

The sign-up form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check you are a person and not a bot.

Sign-in codes are sent by Cloudflare's email service.

We keep your account and course records while your account is open, so your certificates keep working. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your details and course records, and your certificates stop working.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. You can change your name, country and phone number yourself on your My courses page.
